The Role 

Peachtree Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Festival Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the marketing department's efforts across multiple festivals, concerts and projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for live events and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Festival Marketing Management Team
  • Compile advertising settlement recap reports for festivals
  • Develop and maintain organizational structure for departmental files
  • Code and process incoming advertising invoices
  • Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners
  • Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans
  • Research media performance statistics to inform marketing strategy
  • Work with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns on various digital platforms
  • Partner with external teams to ensure accuracy of festival information on applicable platforms
  • Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
  • Day of festival event coverage as necessary 
  • Assist in additional duties as needed

What You Bring

Required

  • 1+ years of marketing, event, or administrative experience, ideally in the music, entertainment, or live events industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills – can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
  • Proven ability to analyze data and report on market research and campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • A strong interest in festivals and live entertainment is a must!
  • You Might Be a Fit If You

    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field but not required
    • Have prior experience in event planning, concert, or sports marketing 
    • Are proficient in Google Workspace and have experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
    • Are familiar with Project Management Tools such as Airtable
