Position: Fall Swim Instructor – Warm Pools & Small Classes
Guide young swimmers at our warm pools this fall! Our Swim Instructor role emphasizes building water confidence and teaching essential swimming skills in a fun, structured environment.
We are looking for an energetic Fall Swim Instructor to lead high-energy swim lessons. This position focuses on using our Small Steps approach to encourage progress in small class sizes. You will communicate professionally with families, fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for learners while supporting your team daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimmers utilizing our Small Steps method
• Build confidence and essential swimming skills
• Lead safe, engaging, and structured lessons
• Celebrate progress and encourage swimmers
• Communicate effectively with families in a warm manner
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• National Lifeguard or Bronze Cross qualifications
• Passion for teaching and working with children
• Available for 2 or more shifts per week
• Coachable with an eagerness to improve
