Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of patrons utilizing the Falcon Center Aquatic Facility
* Patron surveillance of all those utilizing the aquatics area
* Perform cleaning and preventative maintenance to the aquatics area as needed
* Will serve on an on-call schedule for youth pool parties
* Perform additional duties as warranted by management
Minimum Qualifications
* Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented
* Must possess excellent communication skills
* Must be able to learn and operate various computer software required for submission of work orders and other daily work
* Must possess valid American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED
