Do you love teaching others how to swim and have 3+ years of experience helping swimmers grow their skills and confidence? Hudson Valley Swim has been teaching students of all ages—starting at just 4 months old—since 2003, and we’re looking for an exceptional instructor to join our West Chester, PA team.
About the Role
We’re hiring a year‑round, part‑time Swim Instructor for our indoor facility. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating a positive learning environment for every swimmer.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of swim instruction experience across all age groups: infants, toddlers, youth, adults, and swimmers with special needs
- Experience leading small group classes
- Strong teaching skills, professionalism, punctuality, and excellent communication
- WSI certification is a plus, but hands‑on experience matters most
- Willingness to participate in hands‑on training with our Head Instructor until you’re fully confident teaching independently
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule & Availability
- Flexible part‑time hours
- Evening and weekend shifts available
