CAPS Sports Grill has been serving North Phoenix since 2008, and we’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, customer-focused team member to join our Front of House staff.
This is a Combination Bartender/Server position that requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems and processes.
Some shifts you will be serving tables and making drinks for your guests. Other shifts you will be behind the bar serving customers, preparing beverages, and supporting the dining room. Every team member plays an important role in delivering a great guest experience.

A NOTE ABOUT THIS POSITION
This is not a position for someone who needs constant direction.
We are looking for a hospitality professional who can recognize what needs to be done, stay productive during slower periods, and contribute to the overall success of the team without being micromanaged.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Build relationships with our regular customers while welcoming new guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service requirements
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and follow company systems and procedures

Most shifts end by midnight, except some Friday nights.
Consistent Schedule
Current operating schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.
We are closed Sundays and Mondays until football season (except special events such as March Madness).
Major Holidays Off
We are normally closed on major holidays.
