As part of the Japan Content Marketing team at ONE Championship, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for executing the social media calendar and building up the company’s digital platforms, with a particular focus on X, YouTube, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies for ONE JAPAN accounts across X, YouTube, and Instagram, and manage posting schedules and day-to-day publishing.
- Work with ONE JAPAN and global teams to plan and execute initiatives that drive engagement.
- Work closely with the PR Manager, Video Editor, and relevant team members to produce and manage social media content.
- Support social media copywriting needs.
- Analyze and report on social media, sports, and entertainment trends in Japan and globally.

- ONE JAPANおよびグローバルチームと連携した、エンゲージメント向上に向けた施策の企画・実行
- PR Manager、Video Editor等と連携した、SNS向けコンテンツの制作・運用
- SNS投稿用キャプションの作成
- 日本およびグローバル市場におけるSNS、スポーツ、エンタメ領域のトレンド分析およびレポート作成
Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker.
- Experience managing official social media accounts.
- Experience or knowledge in digital media, journalism, communications, or marketing.
- Experience working in the sports industry is a plus.
- Strong interest in content, social media, sports entertainment, and martial arts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
- Experience creating content using Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Experience filming videos or shooting on-site at events is a plus.
- Flexible to work on weekends and nights as required.

- スピード感のある環境でも、細部まで正確に確認できる方
- 業務フローを管理し、締切を守って進行できる方
- Photoshop、Adobe Premiereなどを利用し、コンテンツを制作した経験がある方
- 動画撮影やイベント現場での撮影経験がある方歓迎
- 必要に応じて、週末・夜間の対応が可能な方
