A fast-growing challenger brand in the online sports betting space is looking for an experienced Event Manager to own their events, sponsorships, VIP hospitality and brand activation strategy.
This is not a traditional events coordination role. They want someone who understands culture, audience behaviour, hospitality and retail engagement, and knows how to create memorable experiences that strengthen brand perception.
You will own:
- The full annual events and activations calendar
- VIP hospitality experiences and relationship-led retention programmes
- Sponsorship identification, negotiation and partnership management
- Retail and branch activation support
- The annual Events, Sponsorship and Hospitality budget
- Post-event reporting, ROI analysis and stakeholder communication
- End-to-end event logistics including venues, branding, staffing and catering
What you need:
- 5+ years in events, hospitality, activations or experiential marketing
- Experience managing VIP or high-value customer experiences
- Sponsorship and branded partnership management experience
- Strong budget management and cost-control ability
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points for sports, entertainment or hospitality industry exposure and on-the-ground retail or branch activation experience.
