Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sports and corporate wellness events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the smooth management of event logistics. Duties also include providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting the team in driving client satisfaction and engagement. The role requires strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills to manage events effectively and deliver outstanding experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Basic knowledge and experience in Sales-related activities for client engagement and retention
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced, event-focused environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with the sports or wellness industry in Saudi Arabia is a plus
