Entry Level Gymnastics Coach
Castle Rock, CO | $17–$22/hr | Part-Time (3+ days/wk) | Growth to Full-Time
About Us
Castle Rock Gymnastics is more than a gym — we’re a community. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, strength, and life skills through gymnastics, parkour, and tumbling. We’re looking for high-energy, kind, and creative coaches who love working with kids (no gymnastics experience required — we will train you!).
What You’ll Do
- Teach beginner gymnastics to ages 3–12.
- Instruct on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline using step-by-step progressions.
- Keep classes fun, safe, and well-organized.
- Encourage every child with positive feedback.
- Help with events like Birthday Parties, Open Gyms, and Parent’s Night Out.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with kids is preferred (teaching, coaching, or childcare).
- Friendly, upbeat personality with patience and enthusiasm.
- Able to stand for up to 3 hours and lift 30 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
