What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager
- Support community outreach campaigns that increase brand visibility for nationally recognized nonprofit partners.
- Interact directly with community members during events, activations, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Assist with campaign execution while learning how brand strategy influences day-to-day operations.
- Work alongside leadership to understand business development, team management, and campaign planning.
- Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to strengthen brand engagement.
- Participate in ongoing Assistant Manager training focused on leadership, communication, and business operations.
- Collaborate with fellow Assistant Manager team members to support outreach goals and campaign growth.
