Hastari Corp is looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to support our Employee Engagement & Branding initiatives.
As an Employee Engagement & Branding Intern, you will be involved in internal engagement programs, corporate branding activities, content creation, social media management, and visual communication projects to help strengthen employee experience and company branding.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communication, Communication Management, Psychology, Management, or related disciplines.
- Passionate about employee engagement, branding, social media, and corporate communication.
- Familiar with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Capable of visual content creation and editing, with basic understanding of layout, typography, and video editing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal activities, including wellness programs, sports events, and company gatherings.
- Develop and design visual materials for internal communication, branding, and social media content.
- Support the management of the company’s social media accounts and content scheduling.
- Contribute to corporate branding and communication projects across the organization.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support communication, branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
