Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic Youth Sports Instructors who enjoy working with children and want to make a positive impact through sports, movement, and play.
Our programs introduce children to a variety of sports and activities through Amazing Athletes Multi-Sport, Soccer Stars, and Karate Zoo classes. Coaches help children develop motor skills, confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits in a fun, structured environment.
Some experience working with children is preferred, but we provide training, curriculum, and support to help the right candidate succeed.
Schedule & Availability
We are currently hiring instructors with availability during:
- Weekday mornings
- Weekend mornings
- Weekday afternoons
Schedules vary based on school and program locations. Consistent weekly availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging youth sports enrichment classes
- Teach age-appropriate movement skills, sports fundamentals, and teamwork
- Follow provided lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a positive, energetic, and safe class environment
- Work with children of different ages and abilities
- Set up and clean up equipment for each class
- Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and team members
- Represent Amazing Athletes, Soccer Stars, and Karate Zoo with enthusiasm and professionalism
Requirements
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations
- Energetic, dependable, and comfortable leading children
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass required background checks
Preferred:
- Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, daycare, camps, etc.)
- Background in sports, fitness, education, or child development
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
