Contract:
Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week. Salary:
Up to £27,477.27 per annum depending on experience plus sales commission.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing on shift.
- Prioritize member satisfaction by engaging with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
- Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that Nuffield Health provides.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Help achieve sales targets.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site to cover Lifeguard breaks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to quickly understand the business and engage with members.
