Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the driving range, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and motivate staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to maximize productivity
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including point-of-sale transactions and daily reconciliation
- Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing rules, and managing risk
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, sports management, or a related field with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with shift management and staff supervision in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere
