Description

We are looking for a Driver Operations Specialist in Chile to manage our driver operations process in their region. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on-the-ground driver acquisition initiatives across assigned markets, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with the national acquisition strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track market-level acquisition projects end to end, including timelines, resources, stakeholders, and dependencies, adapting execution to local conditions and operational constraints.
  • Work closely with local teams and cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Operations, Product, and Market Efficiency to coordinate field execution, unblock issues, and ensure seamless rollout of acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including New and Active Drivers, Driver Acquisition Cost, Supply Hours, Utilization, and Retention Rates, translating data into clear execution priorities and corrective actions.
  • Ensure operational discipline by following defined processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving workflows to drive consistency, scalability, and impact across markets.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-impact experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, or related fields.
  • Project Management & Execution: Plan and organize complex, multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams. You will define clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong domain of SQL and project management skills.
