We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Managers and Full Time Leisure Instructors to lead our teams and elevate our facility standards.
Key Responsibilities – Managers
- Operational Leadership: Day-to-day management of the leisure facility, including gym, pool, studio areas, and all outdoor facilities.
- IT Skills: To learn, understand and utilise many leisure software programmes, from POS to software efficiency systems.
- Team Management: Train, lead, and inspire a team of fitness instructors, lifeguards, and reception staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance & Revenue: Drive facility sales and meet performance targets.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety, pool and gym regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Customer Experience: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care.
Key Responsibilities – Leisure Instructors
- Welcome and induct new clients.
- Design and deliver tailored wet and dry programmes for individuals, schools, centre swimming lessons and small groups
- Lead and instruct wet and dry training classes
- Demonstrate and supervise the safe use of gym equipment and the safe use of the pool.
- Motivate, support, and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals and encourage swimmers to reach their full potential.
- Assist with community events and activities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and care throughout the facility
Requirements – Managers
- Recognised Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer qualification (required)
- Previous management experience in a fitness/leisure setting.
- Relevant qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Science, or Business.
- Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills.
- Strong financial acumen and sales focus
Requirements – Leisure Instructors
- Recognised Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer qualification (required)
- Range of fitness class qualifications including spinning, wellness classes and group keep fit
- Level 1 and or Level 2 Swimming Teachers qualification
- RLSS Lifeguard (In date)
- Friendly, positive, and approachable attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to coach and motivate small groups and individuals
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is an advantage
- Must have work authorisation in Ireland
