Position Summary
Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of the P3 Center for Teens, Moms and Kids (MIHCH Grant). This role provides overall administrative, operational, and strategic oversight of the P3 Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, community-focused maternal and child health services.
The Director will lead program development, community engagement, and service coordination efforts, while overseeing all aspects of operations including needs assessment, referrals, case management, home visiting services and grant management. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Service Line Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all P3 Center operations and initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Community Health Workers (CHWs) and program staff
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and community partners to develop and implement program strategies
- Build and maintain strong referral networks and community partnerships
- Lead community outreach and public education efforts focused on maternal and child health
- Oversee training and professional development for program staff
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements through data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all program data and client records
- Lead quality improvement and assurance initiatives in collaboration with internal departments
- Coordinate care through partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Oversee case reviews, audits, and program compliance processes
- Plan and execute outreach activities and health education initiatives
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation related to program outcomes
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and appropriate service environments
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations
- Promote infection control practices and universal precautions
- Support fire safety and adherence to MSDS safety protocols

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, public health, or community-based programs
- Experience with maternal and child health programs strongly preferred
- Knowledge of grant-funded program management and reporting requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
