We’re looking for a Director of VIP Strategy & Reactivation to build and develop our process to reengage and win customers back with the newly formed Reactivation Team. By extension the role will impact strategic areas of Product, Promotions, and Events areas.
Leading the Reactivation Team is a tremendous opportunity. There is momentum built from the initial formation and a playbook on approach and style – the right candidate can take this and run with it. With continued momentum, the team can expand along with the impact of this role.
While engaging in reactivation, a wide variety of situations and stakeholders arise. This is where someone well-versed in Promotions, Reinvestment, Trading, Payments, Customer Service, and Events will have the ability to shine and drive strategic value working cross-team.
