Role Description
Maples Crossing is hiring a Director of Programming & Operations to grow all programming while managing day-to-day facility operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving revenue, building great experiences, and keeping the operation running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
● Grow Programs: Launch new programs and scale existing leagues, clinics, and events (youth + adult)
● Manage Scheduling: Maximize usage of indoor dome and outdoor field (rentals + internal programming)
● Lead Staff: Schedule and manage team members and coaches
● Customer Experience: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality experience
● Drive Marketing: Execute social media and email campaigns that convert into registrations
● Operations: Submit payroll, track hours, and support day-to-day business needs
What We’re Looking For
● Strong operator who can manage multiple moving parts without things slipping
● Proven ability to grow programs, sales, or participation
● Organized, accountable, and responsive
● Comfortable leading staff and interacting directly with customers
● Experience in sports, recreation, or facility management preferred
● Familiar with social media and email marketing tools
