About role
This is not a traditional HR role. This role combines talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, performance management and implementation of management systems and accountability culture across the company.
The goal is simple:
ensure Polleo has the right people, leaders, structure, and management discipline for the next phase of growth.
This is currently a lean, hands-on leadership role with a small core team consisting of 1 HR Recruiter and 1 Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Build and improve proactive recruitment strategies and hiring quality across departments
- Implement hiring KPIs, employer branding, and referral initiatives
Performance & Leadership
- Strengthen leadership quality and accountability across the organization
- Standardize performance evaluation, talent reviews, and feedback processes
- Support managers in difficult people decisions and performance conversations
- Identify high performers, talent gaps, and organizational bottlenecks
Organizational Effectiveness
- Improve organizational design, role clarity, and accountability structures to support scaling
- Implement and maintain effective management systems, including scorecards, meeting rhythms, feedback loops, and quarterly execution discipline
- Ensure leadership teams consistently execute agreed priorities and processes
Culture & Values

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly business-oriented people leader who understands that organizational quality directly impacts company performance with:
- Strong experience in hiring and performance management
- Experience in performance management and organizational development
- Solid business understanding beyond HR operations
- High ownership and execution mindset
- KPI-driven and analytical approach
- Experience in scale-up, FMCG, retail, or fast-paced environment
