We're looking for a Partnership Director to lead key brand relationships and deliver best-in-class campaigns across sports, media, and entertainment.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner to clients, overseeing campaigns from strategy through execution while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do:
• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across integrated marketing programs
• Build and manage senior client relationships
• Drive organic account growth and identify new revenue opportunities
• Oversee a variety of projects, including 360 campaigns, influencer activations, media programs, content production, experiential events, and photoshoots
• Ensure exceptional project management, execution, and partner satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
• 5–7+ years of experience in sports marketing, advertising, sponsorship, or a related field
• Strong client services and account growth experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Google Suite, Canva, Keynote, and PowerPoint
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
📍 Candidates must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Portland, OR.
✈️ Willingness to travel as needed.
