Role Description

As a Territory Sales Partner, you will develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare providers across your assigned territory, introducing them to our regenerative wellness and biologics platform. You’ll build lasting relationships with key accounts, expand portfolio solutions and provider partnerships, and develop new accounts through consultative, science-driven conversations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, marketing, and clinical support to implement growth strategies and deliver exceptional provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and onboard qualified healthcare providers in your territory

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across regenerative medicine,

med spas, cosmetic surgeons, aesthetics & wellness, orthopedics and dentistry

– Expand portfolio solutions and clinician partnerships within existing accounts

– Prospect and develop new provider accounts through consultative selling

– Collaborate with marketing and clinical support to execute territory growth strategies

– Track performance through a proprietary CRM with pipeline management and analytics

– Represent the brand with clinical integrity and professionalism

Keys to Success

– Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic

– Medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development experience

(preferred, not required)

– Comfortable engaging physicians, practitioners, and clinical decision-makers

– Consultative selling approach with long-term relationship focus

– Strong communication and organizational skills

– Coachable, reliable, and driven to exceed targets

– Based in or willing to cover an open US territory

– Understanding of biologics, regenerative wellness, or a related healthcare field is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

– Salary Range: $90,000 — $350,000/year (commission-based, uncapped)

– Three-layer earning model: GP commission on every order, recurring monthly volume bonuses,

and milestone bonuses for account acquisition

– Standard pace (5-6 new providers/month): $90K — $160K by Year 3

– Top performer (9-15 new providers/month): $180K — $350K+ by Year 3

– Residual income: your providers reorder monthly — you earn on every order, indefinitely
