Director of McLeod Foundation Coastal Office (FT) – Seacoast Jobs in Little River, SC at McLeod Health

  • Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co- workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

  • Responsible for leading all areas of fundraising and related activities at McLeod Loris Seacoast. This includes Foundation Board leadership and development, donor growth and stewardship, building and maintaining successful giving programs, and financial growth as outlined in the Foundation’s strategic plan.

  • Responsible for raising funds for the McLeod Health Foundation Coastal Region through the development, administration, coordination and implementation of strategic fund development program.
  • Responsible for expanding the fundraising efforts for the McLeod Health Foundation Coastal Region that includes a personal calls program with Individuals, Corporations, Businesses and Organizations.
  • Represents the McLeod Health Foundation Coastal Region to key Foundation constituencies including public speaking engagements and attendance at community events. Promotes fundraising efforts through presentations to civic groups and community organizations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the budget related to McLeod Loris Seacoast including financial reporting, grant payments and contributions.

  • Manages and directs the work of Foundation Staff at McLeod Loris Seacoast. Reports directly to the Executive Director.

Qualifications /Training:

Proven ability to raise funds and maintain high standards of integrity in fundraising practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong financial and budgeting skills

Demonstrated experience working with Boards

Proven skills in marketing and organizational development

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Salesforce


Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:

Four-year college degree in related field.
