Summary
Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead marketing across luxury hospitality, equestrian events, dining, retail, sponsorships, and guest experiences. This role partners closely with executive leadership and ownership to drive brand growth and long-term strategy.
What You'll Do
Lead brand and marketing strategy across multiple business lines Drive audience growth, guest engagement, and revenue initiatives Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts Manage media strategy, public relations, and agency partnerships Lead a team of 10-12 marketing professionals Manage a $4M-$5M annual marketing budget Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, events, and executive leadership Support strategic initiatives and future growth opportunities
What You Bring: Background in luxury hospitality, resort destinations, destination marketing organizations, sports and entertainment properties, or experience-driven lifestyle brands Equestrian experience preferred 10+ years of progressive marketing and brand leadership experience Experience leading integrated marketing strategies for complex, multi-brand organizations Experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and agency partners Proven success building and leading high-performing teams Strong strategic, analytical, and executive leadership skills
