Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Director of Football, based in Miami, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Football will oversee all aspects of football-related operations, including managing athlete relationships, developing coaching programs, coordinating athletic administration, and fostering growth opportunities within intercollegiate and professional athletics. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align on contract and brand strategy while ensuring consistent client satisfaction and strategic growth within the sport.
Qualifications
- Strong Athletic Administration and Physical Education knowledge
- Proven skills in Coaching and mentoring athletes
- Experience with Intercollegiate Athletics and Football operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced and client-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in professional or collegiate sports management is a strong advantage
