For our client, we are seeking a Director Of F1 Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning and execution of the F1 partnership
- Lead cross-functional teams in creative activation development
- Establish, track, and report on activation performance KPIs
- Serve as main contact for all F1-related assets and partnerships
- Oversee VIP hospitality and experiential program execution
- Collaborate with marketing and PR for integrated storytelling
- Maintain operational documentation and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 7+ years in global sports activation management
- Proven experience with large-scale sports sponsorships
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Proficiency in establishing and tracking KPIs
- Strong project management capabilities across time zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on execution mindset with strategic thinking
- Passion for technology and F1 sports culture
- Willingness to travel 25-30% including weekends
