Soccer Shots DEN is seeking a self driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”
Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the Denver/Boulder area. Soccer Shots is currently expanding and is in need of a Director of Development in our DEN office. Main Job Responsibilities:
Partner Relationships
Confirming Seasons with Current and New Partners
Meeting/Exceeding Sales Goals
Arranging and Attending Promotional Events
Distributing Season Collateral
Strategic Partnerships
Occasionally coaching
Expected Work Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8-5 (with lunch break)
Essential Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service skills
Effective organizational/administrative skills
Positivity
Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots
Computer/application skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience with sales
Previous experience with the sport of soccer
Salary:
$50,000 a year + Commission
