Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high-quality service through standardized protocols
• Drive the growth of aquatic courses and revenue

• Oversee budgets and maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in aquatics leadership experience
• Strong budgeting and program management skills
• Required lifeguard and safety certifications
• Familiarity with Jewish customs or willingness to learn
• Nonprofit or community service background preferred
