Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Deckhand/Dive Instructor for a 65m+ yacht.
We are seeking an experienced and professional Deckhand / Dive Instructor to join a well-established crew onboard a busy yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate who enjoys a hands‑on role combining deck operations with diving responsibilities.
Requirements
- PADI qualified Dive Instructor with proven experience leading dives confidently and safely
- All relevant tickets up-to-date – Yacht master & PWC highly desirable
- Proven experience in similar roles with longevity onboard
- Able to lead and manage all dive operations onboard, including safely guiding the owner and family on dives
- Confident in all aspects of deck
- Strong team player with a great attitude and communication skills
- Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa

Salary: USD DOE + 13 month discretionary bonus

The vessel promotes personal development/training
Vessel & itinerary:
Private – Worldwide cruising – primarily Caribbean / Med / USA – Active program with water sports, diving & shore excursions.
