Our platforms, including Gigsberg and Football Ticket Net, handle millions of users and events worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Data Verification Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and verifying data through an internal system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our records. The ideal candidate will be integral to our operations, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Import and upload data files, including transaction records, into our internal system.
- Review and manage a list of transactions, ensuring each is marked with the appropriate status.
- Upload and associate one or more reference documents (such as invoices, emails, or internal references) with each transaction.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction amounts and raise flags for any discrepancies.
- Ensure all transactions are fully documented and achieve a final status of complete verification.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and quality throughout the process.
Requirements:
+ Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in English, with strong writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
+ Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience is not required, but familiarity with data entry or verification tasks is advantageous.
+ Personal Attributes:
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
