About Us
The MEP Club is building a professional community for MEP engineers through technical workshops, networking events, sports events, podcasts, educational videos, and job-related support.
We are looking for a part-time Data Analyst who can also support with basic admin coordination.
Location
India-based candidates only (Hyderabad or Bangalore preferred)
Role Type
- Part time
- Around 25 to 30 hours per month
- Initial 3-month probation period
- Full-time opportunity may be considered later based on performance and mutual agreement
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Prepare basic reports and summaries
- Support event, workshop, podcast, and job-related coordination
- Update trackers and follow up on pending tasks
- Coordinate with team members, participants, and other stakeholders when required
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to give regular updates
- A laptop and a stable internet connection
- Admin coordination experience will be an added advantage

Communication is very important for this role. We are looking for someone responsible, organized, and available for regular updates.
