Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Storytelling
  • Analyze information independently to turn results into compelling stories that provide

added value and ROI insights for clients.

  • Create detailed ROI reports and dashboards that demonstrate the monetary value of

sponsorships based on audience size and advertising rates.

  • Conduct market research, including survey analysis and trend forecasting, to help

brands understand emerging behaviors and demographics.

  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Manage complex client analytical projects, serving as a liaison between Sales and

Operations to ensure solutions meet client needs.

  • Define scope, perform cost calculations, and conduct feasibility checks for projects,

ensuring they meet budget expectations and profitability goals.

  • Use project planning tools (such as ROSCO or Monday.com) to track project progress

and coordinate with diverse media services teams to meet service-level agreements.

  • Process Optimization & Automation
  • Drive the automation of standardized, repeatable business processes to improve

efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Utilize technical skills (Python, VB Script) to optimize delivery workflows and contribute

to the continuous improvement of services.

  • AI Integration: Design and implement AI workflows and utilize prompt engineering to

enhance data processing speed and analytical capabilities.

  • Media Valuation & Quality Indexing
  • Oversee methodologies for "Media Value" determination, including Brand Tracking

(identifying logos in video footage) and Quality Indexing (grading logo visibility, focus,

and screen time).

  • Ensure accurate valuation calculation using proprietary tools and audience data.

Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced Data Manipulation: High proficiency in Python and SQL to extract and

manipulate data from a variety of sources is required.

  • Visualization & BI Tools: Extensive experience with Power BI or Tableau. Candidates

must understand the underlying architecture, not just the User Interface.

  • Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and

VLOOKUPs.

  • AI & Automation: Exposure to basic AI concepts, including prompt engineering and the

creation of AI workflows to automate data tasks.

  • Statistical Analysis: Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS or R is beneficial

for research-heavy tasks. – Preferrable

Industry Knowledge & Experience

  • 3–6 Years of Experience: Proven successful experience delivering complex analytical

projects and managing diverse stakeholders.

  • Domain Expertise: Previous exposure to the Sports and Media Industry is highly

preferable. You must have a strong understanding of the global media ecosystem,

measurement metrics, and how advertisers and media platforms interact.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a subject requiring advanced

mathematical analytical skills.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are

mandatory for presenting recommendations to different audiences and building trust with

stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability

to coordinate ongoing client projects independently.

  • Global Mindset: Ability to collaborate with international colleagues and maintain an

internal and external network.
