We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues.
About the Role:
Please note that this job requires working in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 02:00, and 02:00 – 10:00)
The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communicational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions.

- Very good and precise written expression in English, other languages are a big plus
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
