Your role will focus on cleanliness, assistance, and member education.
As a Fit4
Less Host, you will execute daily cleaning tasks ensuring safety and cleanliness. You will interact with customers on the gym floor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Educating members about gym amenities and promoting memberships are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards on the workout floor
• Interact pleasantly with members during cleaning tasks
• Educate members on memberships and amenities
• Report and address incidents as required
• Complete training and communication on cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A, & AED Certification
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
Provide exceptional service and ensure cleanliness for all Fit4
Less members and guests.
