Reporting to the Operatios Manager and working closely with the Business Development Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with resolving level 1 technical issues related to the Company products and services, provide guidance on product usage, process online orders and assist in the fulfilment and maintenance of products.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Vogo North America is the US subsidiary of Vogo SA, a France based sport tech Company which develops and distributes innovative Video and Audion solutions is the Sports Market. In the US, Vogo NA communications systems have been successfully adopted by both Professional and College organizations across a wide range of sports: Football, Soccer, Lacross etc..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Troubleshooting: Provide level 1 technical support and assistance via phone, email or remote tools by trouble shooting hardware, software or product issues.

§ Customer Guidance: Walk non-technical customers through installation, configuration and product features

§ Documentation: Log customer inquiries and troubleshooting steps in the company reporting system

§ Warranty Claims: Manage/process/record all product warranty claims in a timely manner.

§ Orders entry: Manage the order, payment and fulfilment processes for orders received through the Company’s website.

§ Orders fulfillment: Support the fulfillment of orders as well as the testing and repair as part of the Company’s maintenance program

§ Feedback Loop: Relay information to the Operations Manager about recurring issues

CANDIDATE SKILLS:

§ Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role

§ Interpersonal abilities: High empathy, patience and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor when handling frustrated customers

§ Organized and disciplined in time management

§ Collaboration: Ability to work across the operations and business development teams as part of the problem-solving process

§ Problem solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

§ A genuine commitment to the success of the company, team player and collaborative/hand-on work style.

§ Interest in the sports industry

§ College degree.

Compensation:

Base: Commensurate with experience

Strong benefit package: Medical+ 401 K+ 3 weeks’ vacation.
