Position: GoodLife Fitness Customer Motivator
Make an impact as a Customer Motivator with Good Life Fitness! This role transitions into a friendly ambassador, dedicated to providing exceptional service to members and ensuring their satisfaction.
As a vital team member, your duties include greeting members, addressing their queries, and guiding new clients through our fitness services. You’ll foster relationships through your knowledge of our offerings while contributing to an engaging club environment that supports fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and manage their workout check-ins
• Answer phone calls promptly and assist as needed
• Educate members about machines and fitness programs
• Facilitate Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
• Execute cleaning tasks to uphold club standards
Requirements:
• Necessitates CPR-A & AED Certification
• Smart Tan certification must be acquired soon
• Strong interpersonal relations and customer focus
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
