Role Description The Customer Experience Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing every stage of the customer journey, from initial inquiry through post-purchase engagement. This role manages customer communication channels, responds to inquiries, and resolves issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy. The Customer Experience Manager will collect and analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, service delivery, and product experiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing and refining customer experience workflows, monitoring satisfaction metrics, and implementing initiatives that enhance loyalty and retention. This position also works closely with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that the end-to-end experience reflects A Life Well Dressed’s premium brand and community-centric approach.
Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to design, monitor, and improve the end-to-end journey.
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools, customer support platforms, and basic reporting dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, sports, or cultural institutions is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive, respectful, and community-oriented customer experiences.
