What You will Be Doing
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be at the heart of our customer experience!
You will assist users via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring every interaction is fast, friendly, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Your daily missions include:
- Helping customers with questions about accounts, payments, and platform features
- Troubleshooting issues and making sure every problem ends with a win
- Staying informed about new products, features, and promotions
- Gathering customer feedback to help improve our services
- Collaborating closely with your teammates to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
What We are Looking For:
- English profficient speaker – C1 plus one additional European language
- Great communicator and a natural problem-solver
- Positive, energetic, and ready for shift work
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment
- Previous Customer Support or iGaming experience? Big plus!
