Job Overview
Goal Kick Soccer is seeking a part-time Apparel Production Assistant to help with custom shirt and uniform printing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an eye for detail, and wants to be part of a fun, soccer-focused team environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heat press equipment to apply graphics, numbers, and logos to shirts, jerseys, and other apparel
- Ensure accuracy in placement, sizing, and quality of each print
- Assist with order preparation including sorting, packaging, and labeling items
- Follow production timelines to meet team and club deadlines
- Keep workstations organized and equipment in good condition
Qualifications
- Prior experience in apparel printing, embroidery, or related production is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team
