Committed Sports Network (CSN Sports) is expanding across New Jersey and looking for motivated, baseball-connected individuals to represent our platform in their local communities.
About CSN Sports
CSN Sports helps high school baseball players navigate the college recruiting process through AI-powered recruiting tools, direct college coach outreach, player branding, highlight video support, and personalized recruiting guidance.
The Role
As a CSN Field Agent, your role is simple:
• Attend games, showcases, tournaments, and local baseball events throughout New Jersey
• Build relationships with players, parents, coaches, and organizations
• Identify athletes looking to play at the next level
• Connect families with the CSN platform and recruiting program
Our internal team handles fulfillment, recruiting coordination, and onboarding. Your focus is relationships, trust, and helping families understand the recruiting process.
