We're building a new creative universe, and we're looking for a Creative Director to help shape its foundation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think beyond visuals and into worlds, stories, and emotional experiences.
You will guide the creative vision of an emerging animation-driven IP, lead a small but ambitious creative team, and help turn ideas into a cohesive, evolving universe.
What you’ll do:
• Define and protect the creative vision of the project.
•Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team
•Translate abstract ideas into strong visual and narrative direction.
•Identify creative opportunities and turn them into direction.
•Ensure consistency across storytelling, tone, and style
•Collaborate closely with founders on worldbuilding decisions.
What we're looking for:
•Strong creative vision and storytelling mindset.
•Deep passion for animation and worldbuilding.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
•Sharp eye for opportunity and creative potential.
•Fluent in English (spoken and written).
•Proactive, curious, and highly imaginative.
Bonus if you:
•Have experience in animation, IP development, or entertainment projects.
•Have worked in fast-paced creative environments or startups.
