Crazy Running is a Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) in Suffolk, Virginia. Our goal is to positively impact the health and future of young athletes through running. Do you love the outdoors, staying active, and working with kids? Then you should join our team of coaches! We are currently hiring for our Fall Training season, with most of our programs starting in October. We are looking to fill coaching spots at several after-school programs throughout the week. We will provide training to prepare you, as well as a curriculum for you to follow at each practice. We also provide equipment and ongoing support. Each season, we recruit individuals who want to gain experience in coaching and leading groups in exercise, as well as those who have a passion for running and working with kids. The goal of the program is to introduce students to running while keeping them active and engaged. We host a goal race at the end of each program for all our runners.We are looking for reliable role models who have a passion for exercise and the desire to share that with young people. Crazy Running coaches can take charge, think on their feet, and command the respect of a group of energetic kids. Our coaches are enthusiastic, encouraging, trained, appreciated—and PAID!
Position Details:
Time commitment: Approximately 60 minutes per practice (includes setup, practice, and cleanup)
Pay: $20–$25 per practiceSchedule: One practice per day, with the option to work multiple days per week
Requirements:Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
