Country Manager – Sweden
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the marketing and growth strategy for the regulated Swedish market
• Develop and manage campaigns for customer acquisition and activation in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Optimize the channel mix to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and CRM teams to strengthen market positioning
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, deriving actionable insights
• Monitor key KPIs (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention) and drive continuous improvement
• Manage and develop external partners (e.g., affiliates, agencies)
• Identify growth opportunities and optimization potential within the Swedish market
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in the iGaming industry with a strong focus on marketing
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Experience across key marketing channels (affiliate, paid media, social)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish market and its regulatory framework is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Proven experience in KPI management and campaign performance optimization
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of the German Language is considered an asset.
• Based in Malta
