At Joma, we continue to grow internationally and are now looking for a Country Manager Baltics to lead the development of our business across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
This is a key role for a commercially driven professional who knows the Baltic market and is ready to take ownership of Joma’s growth in the region.
What will you do?
- Lead Joma’s commercial development across the Baltic countries
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and key local partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across teamwear, sportswear, and sporting goods
- Develop and execute market-specific commercial plans
- Represent Joma in the region and support the further expansion of the brand
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to unlock new opportunities
Who are we looking for?
- A professional permanently based in one of the Baltic countries
- Strong commercial background in business development, sales, or country management
- Experience in teamwear, sportswear, sporting goods, or a related industry is highly preferred
- Good understanding of the local sports / retail / distribution landscape
- Experience working with wholesale partners, distributors, retail accounts, or sports organizations is a strong advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- Knowledge of at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian) is mandatory
- Russian is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently
