We are looking for a Corporate Social Manager to join our team in İstanbul Ataşehir Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, implementing and coordinating the company's corporate social responsibility programs,
- Increasing social performance and contributing effectively by interacting with society,
- Conducting social impact assessments, managing impact mitigation and complaint resolution mechanisms,
- Overseeing social compliance and commitments and implementing the company's social strategies in all operations,
- Encouraging and managing volunteer activities within the company,
- Conducting social risk management in accordance with international standards, including the Equator Principles and just transition planning.
Qualifications:
- Having a bachelor's or master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Communication or related fields,
- At least 20 years of experience in social responsibility, community relations or similar field,
- Effective project management skills and mastery of social impact assessment methodologies,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience,
- Creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
- The role requires frequent travel; therefore, candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed.
