Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. As HSH grows its footprint across the country, the organization is investing in the centralized operational infrastructure needed to keep a fast-moving, multi-club enterprise running with clarity, efficiency, and purpose. The Coordinator will serve as an essential member of the HSH Central Office team, providing the project coordination, research, reporting, and cross-functional support that enables senior leaders and departments to operate at their best.
Reporting to a senior central office leader, this role will support day-to-day operations across a range of functional areas, helping to keep projects on track, information well-organized, and teams connected. The Coordinator will serve as both a reliable operational partner and a curious, proactive contributor, working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that HSH's central office runs as effectively as the clubs it supports.

Responsibilities
- Support project coordination across central office departments, tracking workstreams, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives move forward on schedule.
- Conduct research assignments in support of strategic planning, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and other organizational priorities as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership, board reporting, and cross-functional team use.
- Provide administrative support to central office leaders, including scheduling, meeting preparation, document management, and correspondence.
- Serve as a cross-functional support resource, flexing across departments to assist with special projects, peak workloads, and emerging organizational needs.
- Champion AI-enabled productivity initiatives, identifying and implementing tools and workflows that improve efficiency and output quality across the central office.
- Help build and maintain scalable processes, templates, and operational resources that support consistent execution across HSH's growing club portfolio.
- Additional duties as assigned.
You Have These
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or operations support role, ideally within a sports, entertainment, or fast-paced business environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional materials for a range of audiences.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
- Genuine curiosity about and comfort with AI-enabled productivity tools, with a willingness to explore and advocate for emerging technologies that improve team efficiency.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a remote, high-growth environment.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or multi-unit consumer businesses strongly preferred.
