We’re a popular sports bar in Madison looking for energetic, reliable Line Cooks who can keep up during packed nights with wall-to-wall big screens and hungry fans.
If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in your cooking, and want to work with a fun crew, this is the spot for you.
What You’ll Do:
Work multiple stations on a busy line (grill, sauté, fryer, prep)
Prepare high-quality appetizers, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and daily specials
Maintain speed and consistency during peak game-day rushes
Follow recipes and plating standards
Keep your station clean and organized (clean as you go)
Assist with prep and kitchen closing duties
Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and fellow cooks to deliver great food fast
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or sports bar preferred
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (game days are mandatory!)
Food handler’s certification (or willingness to get one) is a plus
