The Role
We’re looking for a writer-first, hands-on content and social media manager to help define and scale client’s brand voice across the app, social media, brand campaigns, and on-ground experiences.
We want someone who can think strategically, write sharply, move fast, and execute consistently.
You’ll work closely with design, growth, product, and community teams while managing 1-2 executives.
What You’ll Own
Content & Brand Voice
- Define and maintain client’s brand voice across all touchpoints
- Write copy for:
- Social media
- App and website
- Performance marketing ads
- Push notifications
- On-ground venue branding
Social Media
- Own content strategy, content calendars, publishing, and community management
- Build culture-first, trend-aware, and highly shareable content
- Track performance and improve content based on insights
Creator & Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage a strong UGC and micro-influencer pipeline
- Handle creator outreach, briefs, approvals, and reporting
- Drive creator-led storytelling across organic and paid content
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in content, social media, or consumer brand marketing
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of internet culture and social trends
- High ownership and a strong bias for execution
- Experience in consumer internet, D2C, lifestyle, sports, or youth-focused brands preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and creative workflows
