What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
* Full-Cycle Content Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience in all stages of content creation (Scriptwriting, Filming/Shooting, Presenting/On-camera appearance, and Video Editing).
* AI Tools Proficiency: Strong ability to leverage AI tools to optimise, accelerate, and elevate content production workflows.
* Social Media Expert: Strong track record of managing, tailoring, and optimising content for various social media platforms.
* Team Leadership: Natural ability to lead, manage, and inspire a creative team of creators and editors.
* Sports Media Background: Previous experience working with sports media organizations or platforms is a strict MUST.
