Join a dynamic in-house media team dedicated to producing compelling content for leading brands in the outdoor activity and sports sector. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in ideating, shooting, and editing both video and photo content for social media and paid advertising campaigns. Working closely with athletes and brand ambassadors, you will manage the entire content creation process, from concept development to final production, ensuring all deliverables align with brand messaging and campaign objectives. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires frequent in-office collaboration to capture authentic stories and moments that inspire audiences to get active.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards tailored to outdoor sports and active lifestyle brands.
- Shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Work directly with athletes, influencers, and brand representatives to capture engaging, real-life moments.
- Oversee the full production process, from ideation through post-production, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Adapt content for both English and Dutch-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing video and photography work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate creative ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in sports and outdoor environments, with a passion for active lifestyles.
- Based in Amsterdam, with the ability to work primarily on-site to facilitate direct interaction with subjects and locations.
